The Moon leads through empathy and reflection. Moons listen, mentor, and stabilise. They are often the emotional anchors in teams. Their challenge is remembering to replenish their own energy and not give until they fade.

💫 The Shooting Star: The Spark

The Shooting Star is the burst of charisma and ambition that captures attention and drives change. They are risk-takers and innovators. Their challenge is learning to slow down and ground their energy in substance and strategy.

Each of us carries elements of all four, but usually one or two dominate our natural style. The beauty of understanding your leadership light is not to label yourself, but to see how you fit within the larger constellation of your team.

When Suns, Moons, and Stars work together, leadership becomes balanced and sustainable. When a Shooting Star slows down to find orbit, brilliance becomes enduring.
